HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select the design you'd like from the dropdown menu.
2. In the "personalization" box, note the name/initials that go with your designs as well as any special requests, such as if you'd like the design positioned in the middle, corner, etc.
3. If you're submitting custom art/note, upload that using the file upload button.
4. Provide your email in the box before checking out if you'd like to see a proof. If you don't respond to our proof email within a week after we send it, then we will ship the item as is.
