Refund policy
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on personalized items, since they are made specifically for you. If the item is damaged during shipping or otherwise defective, reach out to us within 2 weeks of the item's delivery for a possible refund.
For non-personalized items, reach out to us within two weeks of the product being delivered for a return and possible refund if the item is damaged or defective.
In some cases, an exchange may be possible on non-personalized items if you reach out within two weeks of the item being delivered. You are responsible for return shipping charges in such a case.
