Submitting Images for Engraving
How do I submit a file for engraving on a cutting board?
There is a "file upload" button on all product listings that offer custom engraving options. Add the file of your handwritten recipe, artwork, photo, etc. through that button before adding the product to your cart. If you have trouble, simply send us a message through the "contact" page.
Is my photo/image good enough for engraving?
Most photos will work just fine if you submit a high-quality photo. Start by following these basic steps:
- Take your photo DIRECTLY over top of the recipe and not at an angle. Hold your phone or camera completely horizontal to the recipe paper.
- Make sure the lighting is good when you take the photo and there are no shadows on the paper.
- Send a full-sized image of your photo -- not a screenshot, not an image that was texted, nor a condensed/scaled-down version.

Shipping
Can I Get Free Shipping?
Shipping is free when you spend $35 or more in the shop.
When will my item ship?
All items are handmade and/or personalized but will still ship within just 1 to 2 weeks or less. During certain times of the year, such as Christmas, it may take a little longer. Check the announcement banner at the top of the website for notifications of any such delays.
What can I do if my item gets lost in the shipping process?
If you think your order has been lost, reach out to us through the "contact" page and we'll be happy to see how we can help.
Payments
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, in many cases, discounts are available for bulk orders. Simply reach out to us through the "contact" page about what you're interested in ordering and how many items you'd like.
Returns
What is Your Return Policy?
Returns are not accepted on personalized items, since they are made specifically for you. For non-personalized items, reach out to us within two weeks of the product being delivered for a return. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
