HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select your board type, quantity, and the design number from the dropdown menus.
2. In the "personalization" box, list the name(s) or initials you'd like engraved with your chosen design and the established date (if you want one). And note any other requests, such as if you'd like the engraving in the middle, or in the corner, etc.
3. Enter your email in the provided box, so we can send you a proof for approval. If we don't get a reply from you within a week after we send the proof then we will ship the board as is.
